Attleboro - Jeanine Marie Odlin-White, 60, died peacefully on Friday, September 8, 2017, surrounded by her family, just as a beautiful rainbow graced the skies.\r\n\r\nJeanine was born in Portland, Maine on March 14, 1957, a daughter of Arthur James and M. Dorothy (Jordan) Odlin. She graduated from South Portland High School and later attended Maria College where she received her Associate's degree in Physical Therapy. In 1978, she married the love of her life, James T. White Jr.\r\n\r\nJeanine was devoted to her family and loved being involved in her children's lives. She was a den mother for her sons' Cub Scout pack, a Girl Scout Brownie leader, soccer and field hockey coach, as well as being an enthusiastic team supporter on the sidelines. Jeanine had a passion for travel with friends and family and had a reputation as a fantastic travel planner. Jeanine and Jim travelled to over twenty countries. She especially enjoyed beaches, snorkeling and underwater photography. She loved music, dancing, shopping for bargains, and entertaining. Jeanine loved to play board games of all kinds and had the distinct honor of being the most competitive person in her family. She loved to laugh and make others laugh. Jeanine had a compassionate, non-judgmental heart of gold and a unique way of making whomever she was with feel special.\r\n\r\nJeanine had a long career as a skilled and innovative physical therapy assistant. She was devoted to the residents of the Massachusetts facility for profoundly developmentally challenged adults, where she worked for the last nine years. \r\n\r\nShe was predeceased by her father, Arthur J. Odlin and her mother- and father-in-law, Pat and James White. Jeanine is survived by her loving husband, James T. White Jr.; mother, M. Dorothy Odlin; daughter, Emily K. White; son, Justin O. White and his wife Lauren Koloski; son, Ryan J. White and his wife Emily Nathan; sisters Karine Odlin and Cindy Fasulo and her husband John; brothers Jimmy Odlin and his wife Terri, Greg Odlin and his wife Elena, Gary Odlin, Chris Odlin and his wife Amanda, Rob Odlin and his wife Maria; beloved grandson, Noah James Arthur Sproul; brothers-in-law Steven White and his wife Susan Kramer, Michael White, and Alan Brewer; twenty-eight nieces and nephews; sixteen great nieces and nephews, and many close friends, especially Joan Guerrero.\r\n\r\nJeanine touched so many lives and will be deeply and forever missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She personified the art of living a life of kindness, creativity, adventure, generosity and love.\r\n\r\nVisiting hours will be held from 4:00-7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at the Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home, 172 State Street, Portland. Prayers will be recited at Conroy-Tully Walker at 10:15 AM on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, followed by a funeral at 11 am at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 150 Black Point Road, Scarborough. A Graveside Service will be held at 1PM on Friday, September 7, 2018, at the Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 163 Mt.
